    An effective Remuneration and Reward strategy aims to attract and retain employees by providing competitive remuneration and benefits while ensuring fair and equitable pay. We will cover steps to support this process.

    Talent refers to employees who make a difference to the success of your organisation, either through their immediate contribution or, in the longer term, by demonstrating the highest levels of potential. It is important that we understand and document what skills, knowledge, technical expertise we require to make the organisation a success, both now and in the future.
  3. Attracting and retaining staff.

A humanistic HR professional, Tim has a pragmatic, calm approach which enables him to partner with clients and stakeholders enabling them to meet business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Management, graduated with Merit.

EXPERIENCE

Tim has gained his HR experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom across multiple industry sectors, working with large, listed organisations in the property, telecommunications and technology industries as well as spending time working with non-for-profit and tertiary institutions.

He is a full-stack HR professional with strong strategic and operational experience. Tim has developed and implemented remuneration and incentive frameworks, run transformational change programmes, digitised HR processes for organisations, partnered with Board members, CEO and Senior Executives on people strategies, and sourced and secured talent ensuring alignment between the client and candidate.
