Business Awards 2023 - Applications Now Closed

The annual Nelson Pine Industries Chamber of Commerce Business Awards recognise innovation and creativity in the business sector and is a highlight of Nelson Tasman’s business calendar, being one of the largest (and most fun) business events in the region.

The awards provide a unique opportunity for quality exposure and recognition for your organisation, as well as providing a process to benchmark your business and gain valuable advice on how you can continue to grow.

There are 7 award categories that you can enter: Start Up, Small Business, Medium Business, Large Business, Community Impact, Environmental, and Innovative Business. From these entries an overall Supreme Award is given to an outstanding business who scores highly across all of the judges criteria.

The awards bring together our region’s business heart. The black tie dinner is widely acknowledged as a very special night of networking and celebrating local success.

"Entering the business awards is a very worthwhile experience as it helps you articulate what is special about your business, and I learnt a huge amount through the process of researching and writing our innovation story. Winning, of course, is even better, and the awards dinner was a great night which gave us a huge profile boost and generated a lot of interest in our work."

- Andy Clover, Communications & Funding
Kimer Med, 2022 Innovative Business Award Winner

“We loved the idea of entering a local award because TET is nothing without the Nelson Tasman community. NTCC do a great job of publicising awards entrants, both within their membership and in local media. So TET’s profile has been substantially raised within the Nelson Tasman business community. And receiving an award like this from an objective third party helps us build trust and confidence, particularly amongst current and future funders."

- Sky Davies, General Manager
Tasman Environmental Trust, 2022 Winner
