Building a Social Media Presence

This training is specifically designed for small to medium business owners looking to harness the power of social media to elevate their brand presence and connect with their target audience effectively.
Empower individuals and businesses with the essential skills to navigate and thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of social media. Christopher will guide participants in selecting the right platforms, establishing an effective posting frequency, creating visually appealing content using fundamental tools, crafting engaging captions, mastering the art of post scheduling, and understanding social media insights.

● Choosing the right platforms for your business.
● Optimising posting frequency.
● Creating eye-catching content.
● Crafting captivating captions.
● Mastering post scheduling.
● Understanding insights.
Methodology: Each topic will be presented with relevant examples by a marketing strategist, followed by a hands-on workshop where attendees will work on their own organic social media. Our Digital Marketing Strategists will provide individualized assistance during this phase.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will gain the ability to:

● Establish an effective posting frequency aligned with their audience and business goals.
● Apply basic design principles to create visually appealing content.

Attendees will receive a comprehensive workbook to continue developing their organic social media strategy independently. The workbook will serve as a valuable resource for ongoing efforts.
Cost Support
This course is registered with the Regional Business Partnership Network (RBPN) and participants may therefore qualify for support for up to 50% of the cost for this programme.

To attend/be eligible for RBPN co-funding the customer must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Has less than 50 full time employees.
- Have an NZBN.
- Must be the business owner or person in a key management role, i.e senior managers, in the business.
- Must register on the RBPN Platform and have a discovery meeting with the region’s Growth Advisor.
Standard cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be received 7 working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
