Who is this course for
Businesses and Creatives seeking to understand their Intellectual Property rights. Artists, Web designers, Content Creators, Musicians, Inventors and other Creatives.
This course will provide you with an understanding of the different types of Intellectual Property rights, what rights are available to creative businesses and how Intellectual Property rights add value.
What the different types of Intellectual Property rights are and for each type:
- What they are for
- Why they have value, and
- Mistakes to avoid
The types of Intellectual Property rights covered will include:
- Know-how and trade secrets
So you can, Identify the Intellectual Property in your work and the rights available, how it can be protected and what value it adds.
Standard cancellation policy applies to paid events/workshops (unless otherwise stated on event listing). Cancellations must be received 3 working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
