Join us for an enlightening Westpac Smarts event at the Rutherford Hotel Nelson. We are thrilled to have Miriana Stephens, Director of Wakatū Incorporation, as our guest speaker.
Miriana will be discussing the Te Tauihu Intergenerational Strategy, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at creating sustainable and inclusive growth for future generations. The strategy is the start of the design of the future we want, as the people of Te Tauihu.
This session provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into the strategy’s development, its goals, and the potential it holds for shaping the future. It’s a chance to engage in meaningful dialogue about how we can collectively contribute to the well-being of future generations.
Born and raised in Motueka, Miriana Stephens is of Ngāti Rārua, Ngāiterangi and Ngāti Ranginui descent. She was previously an Associate Director and Scholarship recipient of Wakatū Inc. Currently, she serves as a Director on the Whenua Board, the Wawata Board, and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. Miriana also leads Wakatū's health-solutions business, AuOra.
