Cost: $15 per stand.
You will need to supply your own trestle table, full length table cloth (fully disguise anything under the table) and if you have access to a gazebo it must be no bigger than 2.5 by 2.5 metres. Food products should not be stored in boxes directly on the ground but be elevated off the ground.
On the day, there will be cash prizes for, Best Sale, Best Stall and Best Customer Interaction.
If you are a food producing YES company, please ensure you are following Food Safety guidelines, PMI outlines Safety Tips here, you need to use a certified commercial kitchen and while YES companies do not need to register to the National Safety Programme or have a registered approved food control plan, I encourage you to cast your eyes over the MPI food control plan template so you can manage your risks and form an informal plan outlined for your company where relevant. (this may be something your customers ask about, or Market organisers)
