Standard Event Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 14 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 13 and 8 business days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to our event are non-refundable, however substitutions are welcome. Please advise the Chamber of any attendee substitutes. No-shows are non-refundable. Any cancellation and/or changes to your tickets must be made in writing to info@commerce.org.nz

Governing Law

We are a New Zealand based organisation and supply goods and services within New Zealand, therefore by your use of this website you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts and our dealings with you are governed by New Zealand Law. If you do not agree to submit to the laws of New Zealand then you should immediately cease your use of our site.

We'll record your information in the Chamber database. This will only ever be used by the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce (NTCC) and in some instances passed on to our cornerstone partners.
