Port Nelson Export Hub

The Nelson Tasman region hosts a relatively small but prosperous primary industry. As a large base for fishing, an established forestry sector and a growing horticulture base, the region enjoys strong revenue generation. Most exports from the region leave from the wharves of the Port of Nelson which is an essential partner to many businesses. It gives us great pleasure to be able to create an export networking hub with sponsors and partners, Port Nelson.

The purpose of the Port Nelson Export Hub is to provide practical support, training, advice and the opportunity to connect with other exporters and those interested in exporting their premium Nelson products to the rest of the waiting world.

The Port Nelson Export Hub is:

  • Open to all export businesses in the Nelson Tasman Region, and those who aspire to be
  • An opportunity to network, collaborate and inspire
  • Free to attend

Export Member benefits:

  • Attendance to export training workshops, seminars, visiting guest speakers
  • Access to sector leads and primary industries
  • Invitation to export-only functions

Please note: where space is limited, Chamber members may receive priority notice of events.
