People Management Series

This professional development series focuses on helping you develop your people management skills to deal with human aspect of business success. Consisting of 6 x 2 hour sessions, plus a final session to reflect, adopt and plan. This is an immersive process, with post-session action planning, and progress-checkpoint calls, participants can put theory into practice by utilising the new knowledge acquired through this process. Expert facilitators will guide your discussions, identify common pain points and provide insights that you can take away and use with your team to overcome the day-to-day performance challenges you face.
Limited to only 12 participants this small group format is designed to encourage valuable connections with the other participants, to support each other and share ideas, along your journey to become better people managers.

Cost Support
This course is registered with the Regional Business Partnership Network (RBPN) and participants may therefore qualify for support for up to 50% of the cost for this programme.

To attend/be eligible for RBPN co-funding the customer must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Has less than 50 full time employees.
- Have an NZBN.
- Must be the business owner or person in a key management role, i.e senior managers, in the business.
- Must register on the RBPN Platform and have a discovery meeting with the region’s Growth Advisor.
Standard cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be received 7 working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
