How exciting - you've been gifted a Nelson Tasman Monopoly game! 

Please read the below voucher Terms and Conditions so you understand how and when you can redeem your game.

• Games are anticipated to arrive and be available for collection in late January. However, there could be unexpected shipping delays that are beyond our control. We will notify the purchaser of the game voucher when games are available to collect or if there are any delays that impact collections.
• Games must be picked up from the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce office (322 Hardy Street, Mahitahi Colab, Nelson), between Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm.
• The voucher or the order confirmation/receipt must be shown at pick up to receive the game.
• Games must be collected before May 30, 2025.
• The voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be reused.
• The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce if required.

Important: Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, nor can we protect against your voucher being duplicated or copied and redeemed fraudulently. Please keep yours safe and do not share the digital file or any printed copies with anyone other than the intended recipient.
