Led by registered architects Magdalena Garbarczyk and Mathew Hay, Fineline Architecture has built a strong reputation in the Nelson Tasman region for their thoughtful, contemporary approach to design.  Recently recognised with a 2026 Nelson Marlborough Architecture Award, the practice is known for creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but meaningful, healthy, and light on the environment. Their work is grounded in a clear set of values, from a commitment to “do no harm” through environmentally responsible design, to prioritising wellbeing, connection to place, and understated, high-quality design.
