Two days to step outside the everyday
The Inspiring Women Business Conference is bringing women together at the Trafalgar Centre on 22 and 23 October for two days of conversation, connection and fresh perspectives on leadership, business and career development.
Designed as a boutique, immersive and interactive experience, Inspiring Women goes beyond a traditional conference format. Across the two days, delegates will hear from keynote speakers and panellists, take part in interactive sessions, make new connections and have space to reflect on their own careers, businesses and next steps.
The programme explores leadership, confidence, ambition, entrepreneurship and the realities behind success, with speakers sharing the experiences, decisions and lessons that have shaped their journeys.
Conversations range from Growing with Purpose and Leading with an Edge to the Wāhine Toa panel exploring strength, identity and purpose. Other sessions will look at Navigating the Corporate World, Taking the Brave Step into something new, and the experiences of women succeeding in traditionally male-dominated professions.
Keynote speakers include Monique Fiso, Rachel Taulelei, Gina Dellabarca, and Hannah Hardy-Jones, alongside panels featuring women from across business, leadership and entrepreneurship. Guiding the conversation across both days will be MC Livia Esterhazy, bringing her experience and energy to the programme.
