Livia

Event MC: Livia Esterhazy

Livia Esterhazy is a founder, director and CEO who knows what it takes to lead — from NZ’s premium advertising agencies, to CEO of WWF New Zealand, to her current role steering the $27 million A Lighter Touch programme.

On stage, she has a way of having a room laughing one minute and furiously taking notes the next. Open, honest, and able to make people feel safe enough to be vulnerable, so they leave with more energy than they arrived with.

Off stage she's raising five now-grown kids, learning to fly a microlight, flying paramotors and riding mountain bikes badly and happily, and coaching women through menopause with the same honesty she brings to everything else.

Rachel Taulelei

Rachel Taulelei
Founder, Owner, Director

Rachel Taulelei (Ngāti Raukawa ki te Tonga, Ngāti Rārua, Ngāti Huia ki Katihiku) is a prominent Aotearoa New Zealand business leader, with a career spanning entrepreneurship, governance, sustainability, Māori economic development and international trade. She founded sustainable seafood company Yellow Brick Road, led Māori-owned food and beverage company Kono, and is now co-founder of brand strategy firm Oho.

Rachel is the Chair and Co-Owner of the Tokomanawa Queens (Wellington's professional women's basketball team), and serves on major boards including Mercury NZ, Wellington Airport, The Warehouse Group, and ANZCO Foods.  She chairs the Appointments and Remuneration Panel for New Zealand Rugby and acts as an advisor to the Centre for Strategic Philanthropy (CSPNZ), Movac and Huia Publishing. A strong advocate for values-led leadership, she is passionate about creating opportunities for women in business, alongside stronger, more inclusive leadership in Aotearoa.

Aimee

Aimee McCammon

Aimee McCammon is the Managing Director of Pic's Peanut Butter, taking the reins after a decade on the company's advisory board. As Pic Picot's stepdaughter, she represents the second generation of family leadership and is the company's first female CEO.

An experienced strategist and brand builder, Aimee has worked with some of New Zealand's best-known brands, including Whittaker's, Toyota, Lotto, 42 Below and Tourism New Zealand. Her career has also included senior leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post Production, Assignment Group and Trade Me.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2023, and serves as a director of Blis Technologies and the New Zealand Film Commission.

Gina Dellabarca

Gina Dellabarca
Chief Executive, NBS

With over 20 years of experience in banking and executive leadership, Gina has navigated transformative change, led strategic innovation, and championed inclusion throughout her career. Before joining NBS, she held key leadership roles at Westpac NZ, driving transformation and business growth.

Drawing on her own leadership journey, Gina will share insights into the habits, mindset and choices that help women stand out, remain relevant, and position themselves for future opportunities. She'll share practical strategies to strengthen your Professional Edge, grow your confidence and influence, and take greater ownership of your career and future success.
