Every business has a job that lives in one person’s head. Taking a booking is a common one: you check the diary and text a time without thinking, but nobody else could do it. In this four-hour session you take a job like that and run it through Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. You check the privacy and safety settings in each tool and compare what you get. Then you pick the tool that works best for you and build your system in it.

You’ll leave with personal instructions, so every new chat starts already knowing your business. You’ll also have one job written up as a one-page process a new staff member could follow on day one, and a workspace that holds your processes and helps you write the next one. Bring your laptop and any AI logins you already have. We’ll help you set up free Claude and ChatGPT accounts on the day. Copilot’s fuller features need a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence.
