Most people open Claude, ask it a few things, and never get past the novelty. The gap is not the tool. It is that nobody has set it up around the way your business runs. This four-hour session changes that. We start from scratch, so it is fine if you have never used an AI tool before, and you work on your own business the whole way through.
You'll leave with Claude tailored to your business: your own personalised instructions, two working tools for tasks you do often like quotes or client emails, and a look at how Claude connects to the tools you already use.
