This four-hour workshop equips leaders with the mindset and practical tools required to lead effectively in modern times. Participants explore four essential attributes of contemporary leadership: clarity of identity and intention, energy and aliveness, aligned action, and influence with courage. The session is designed to help leaders strengthen self-awareness, focus on what matters most, protect and regenerate their energy, and build the confidence to influence others with greater purpose and impact.
Learning Outcomes
· How to clarify their leadership identity, intention, and direction in modern contexts.
· Practical strategies to amplify, protect, and regenerate energy, including burnout prevention tools.
· How to focus on key priorities, identify needle-movers, and break outcomes into achievable actions.
· The foundations of influence, along with models and tools to activate courage and confidence in relationships.
So attendees can;
· Lead with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency in complex environments.
· Manage their energy more sustainably and reduce the risk of burnout.

To attend/be eligible for co-funding the customer must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Has less than 50 full time employees
- Have an NZBN
- Must be the business owner or person in a key management role, i.e senior managers, in the business.
- Must register on the RBP Platform and have a discovery meeting with the region’s Growth Advisor.
Standard cancellation policy applies to paid events/workshops/courses (unless otherwise stated on event listing). Cancellations must be received 7 working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
