Mark's Bio
Mark Spring is an experienced chair, director, and executive leader with deep expertise in family business succession, continuity and long-term stewardship. He has worked closely with owners across a range of privately held and family enterprises in New Zealand and Australia, helping them navigate generational transition, balance family priorities with business needs, and make decisions that support long-term success. Mark is currently Chair of Limelight, Earth Sea Sky, Flip Farm and Alexander Corporation and has previously held governance roles with businesses including Dataprint, Appliance Shed Ltd, and Motor Central Limited. His experience across sectors including retail, manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and financial services gives him a practical and commercially grounded perspective on succession and sustainable transition. https://www.linkedin.com/in/markspring/

Eligibility criteria:

To attend/be eligible for co-funding the customer must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Has less than 50 full time employees
  • Have an NZBN
  • Must be the business owner or person in a key management role, i.e senior managers, in the business.
  • Must register on the RBP Platform and have a discovery meeting with the region’s Growth Advisor

 

Standard cancellation policy applies to paid events/workshops/courses (unless otherwise stated on event listing). Cancellations must be received 7 working days prior to the event. Cancellations after this time and ‘no shows’ on the day will be charged the full invoice amount. Substitutions are permitted if you can no longer attend.
