Knowledge @ Noon - Wearing All the Hats

  • Wednesday 2 September 2026
  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
  • Mahitahi Tasman, 322 Hardy Street, Nelson, Nelson, 7010, New Zealand

Presenter: Birte Becker-Steel, TeamTime

Small‑business owners, start-ups and sole‑traders often juggle multiple hats. Managing constant decisions, and responding to competing demands has become day‑to‑day reality. While passion and purpose matter, what many people really need is clarity: where to focus, how to prioritise, and how to work in a way that’s sustainable.

Join us for this lunchtime presentation that offers practical support for navigating the complexity of juggle multiple hats. We will focus on working within your strengths, setting realistic boundaries, and making intentional choices about what to do yourself and what to let go of.

Participants will leave with simple, usable tools and fresh perspective to help build resilience, reduce overwhelm, and steady their business through uncertainty.

BYO lunch.
